At Wheelchair Mobility, we take pride in offering high-quality products that are built to last. To ensure your peace of mind, all of our products come with a warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and malfunctions.

1. Warranty Coverage
   • Massage Machines: All massage machines come with a minimum 1-year warranty.
   • Electric Wheelchairs: All electric wheelchairs come with a 2-year warranty.
   During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any product that is found to have defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
2. What the Warranty CoversThe warranty covers:
   • Manufacturing defects
   • Mechanical or electrical malfunctions under normal usage
   • Defects in materials or workmanship
3. What the Warranty Does Not CoverThe warranty does not cover:
   • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
   • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
   • Damage caused by improper maintenance or use of non-recommended accessories or parts.
   • Products that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
4. How to Make a Warranty ClaimIf you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

   • Our customer support team will guide you through the process and determine whether your product is eligible for repair or replacement under warranty.
   • If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us for inspection.
   • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will either repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.
5. Replacement and Repair ProcessIf a product is deemed defective and eligible under the warranty:
   • Repair: We will repair the product free of charge.
   • Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same model or a comparable product if the original is no longer available.
   • Shipping Costs: We will cover the cost of shipping for approved warranty claims.
